My GoodReads is so neglected. I am not a reader who runs to update their reading tracker. I literally have a digital tracker on my iPad, which I LOVE, but I probably haven’t updated it since March. Ridiculous. I know. That being said, I forget the plot of a book as soon as I close the last page (Unless it’s Zodiac Academy) so this post is going to take some freakin’ effort on my part.

I have a 52-book goal for this year and I really need to sit down and make sure all my trackers are up to date. I have been a slow reader this year, I have a blog post coming on how to dig yourself out of a reading slump, but I am a fast freakin’ reader and I think I’ve put this weird pressure on myself since joining the online book community to read what everyone else is reading and keep up with everyone else and it’s mildly sucked the joy out of reading for me. We will discuss this at a later date. I can read a 300-400 page book in a day as easy as breathing but I don’t think I’ve done that since I joined this online book world.

We’re getting off-topic here…..let’s get back to my top reads.

1. The Never King

2. Hollow Heathens: Book of Blackwell

3. Lores of Ruin

4. The Harlequin Crew series

5. The Words

6. Still Beating

PLEASE CHECK TRIGGER WARNINGS! This has very severe, mature, and troubling themes.

7. A Court of Silver Flames

8. The Spanish Love Deception

9. Society of Psycho’s

10. It’s been a pleasure, Noni Blake
